A huge thank you to our wonderful yoga teacher, Jill, for coming and giving us free yoga lessons for six weeks - we have loved it! Thanks also to your amazing assistant Kris who has been by your side each week. We hope to see you back again next year! We are all feeling very relaxed and calm now and can all do really great tunnels, rocks, snakes and trees.

Science Experiments
This Friday afternoon (13 Nov) the students in Turama had a go at 3 different hands-on Science experiments, including: Sparkly Volcano, Pepper on the Run, and Dancing Oobleck. For each experiment the students learnt a new thing about Science, including reactions between acids & bases, properties of solids & liquids, and surface tension. They had a lot of fun and loved being crazy scientists for the afternoon. If you would like to occupy the kids for an afternoon these experiments are easy to find on the internet and only require common household items.
