Thank You Parents

Thank you so much for your continued support of our learning in Turama! It was awesome to see so many of you enjoying your child's learning conference on Wednesday and seeing the students show such pride in what they have achieved. It has been a busy and very productive term! Have a safe and happy break with your family and we look forward to seeing you all next term.

Blackout Friday!

In support of the ABs we made a human sign... can you read what we were saying?

Farewell to Sarah

We have loved having Sarah teaching in Turama this term! She is an amazing teacher and she has fitted so well into Turama and life at Upper Moutere School. We are really going to miss her!  Thank you for the game of Operation Sarah! I'm sure it will be very well used in Turama.

Touch Rugby Vs Ngatimoti School

We sent our team of keen Yr 4-6s out to Ngatimoti School last Friday for a half friendly/half competitive game of touch rugby. The boys had a great time and although I hear they weren't officially scoring, apparently our kids scored more tries.

Today the same team headed into Saxton Stadium for a Rippa Rugby fun tournament with Nelson Schools. Three All Blacks were there - Brecon and Ollie both showed me signatures on their hands and t-shirts but couldn't tell me their names. So we looked it up online and they were Julian Savea, Codie Taylor and Owen Franks.  The boys had a great day and all came back with big smiles on their dials.  Thanks so much to Adam, Rachel, Emma, Kim and Chris who accompanied and supported the team today.
