Book Week

Today we had our final session of teacher swap for book week. Todd was reading to half of Turama, when Sienna said that she wanted to share a story. She did such an amazing job of sharing the story. Check it out...

Dance, Drama, Garden

This Term we are splitting into 3 groups on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons for our elective programme.

Julieanne is teaching some awesome dance moves, Baraa is taking Drama and incorporating Te Reo, and Todd is busy planting out the school garden.

Here are this weeks pupils of the week:

Nunya - We’ve been so impressed with you this week Nunya, especially in Maths and Writing. you have been so focused in maths and good on you for having a go at answering the tough questions. Keep your active and thinking lights shine on.

William - We love the energy and enthusiasm you bring to all of your learning tasks and the way you are always keen to share your ideas and experiences with others. Your confident and thinker lights are shining brightly.

Liana - Leaping Liana - you are such a fun person to have in class. you have such a fun sense of humour, and it is great to see you having success in both writing and Friends for Life. Ka Mau te Wehi!

Esther: You have been very active and enthusiastic in Drama. Keep your active light shining bright and stay confident Esther and you will achieve great things.

Tevita - You wrote an awesome narrative this week Tevita. We loved all the WOW words you used to make your story exciting! And we loved it how you chose a space where you could focus best.

Baillie : You have impressed me this week with your attitude to learning and new experiences.  You have been very handy in the school garden.
